T & M TENTS & EVENTS SAFETY GUIDELINES

Inflatables accident CAN happen, THEREFORE A RESPONSIBLE ADULT (18+) MUST SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIME TO ENSURE THAT THE SAFETY GUIDELINES ARE FOLLOWED.

If there is no adult supervision, deflate the inflatable and do not allow anyone on the inflatable until a supervisor is present. T&M can provide attendants for an additional fee but arrangements must be made at the time of reservation.

The maximum number of children allowed in a standard bounce house is:

  • Ages 2 to 8 ……….8 children maximum**
  • Ages 9 to 13 ……..6 children maximum**
  • Ages 14 to 17 ……4 children maximum*

*or manufacturer’s recommendation whichever is lower

Children should be grouped according to age and size to ensure their safety in the inflatable.

PLAY SAFE   ●   FOLLOW RULES   ●   HAVE FUN

  • Inflatables are for children not adults/parents
  • No flips, somersaults or horseplay
  • No climbing/sitting/hanging on the inflatable walls interior/exterior
  • No eyeglasses, shoes (socks only), jewelry, belts or sharp objects
  • No food, drinks, gum or candy in the inflatable
  • No smoking, fires or grills near the inflatable
  • No pets in or around the inflatable
  • No silly string or glitter.  Silly string damages the vinyl (if this occurs you will be liable to replace the inflatable)
  • Periodically inspect anchors to ensure security
  • Keep children away from blower and power cord

Do NOT use inflatable in high winds, rain, or thunderstorms

  • Before foul weather safely exit all children
  • Deflate by unplugging and cover the blower

STAY CALM  * * * IN CASE OF EMERGENCY * * *  STAY CALM

  • Calmly have children exit quickly and safely
  • Check power source or breakers
  • When problem is corrected begin re-inflating
